Cause and Solution of Vehicle Injection Rail Blocking at Hydraulic CNG Filling Station

阐述液压CNG加气站的工作过程,分析CNG汽车喷轨堵塞的原因,提出解决办法。以云南某液压CNG加气站为例,在CNG加气机入口管道上加装前置SF型过滤器,在CNG加气机出口管道上加装后置WMF型精密除油过滤器,定期对过滤器进行排污处理,能有效解决CNG汽车喷轨堵塞。

The working process of hydraulic CNG filling station is expounded, the cause of CNG ve- hicle injection rail blocking is analyzed, and the solu- tion is put forward. Taking a hydraulic CNG filling sta- tion in Yunnan for example, the CNG vehicle injection rail blocking can be effectively solved by installing apre SF type filter on CNG dispenser inlet pipeline and a post WMF type preeision degreasing filter on CNG dispenser outlet pipeline and regularly decontaminating the filters.
