摘要
分析现有室内燃气管道严密性试验方法的缺点和直接压力测试法的理论基础,设计一种基于直接压力测试法结合MSP430单片机技术的室内燃气管道严密性自动检测装置,介绍该装置的工作原理及系统组成。与传统的U形管压力计检测方法进行对比试验,结果表明:该严密性自动检测装置克服了传统方法易受主观因素影响的缺点,具有检测精度高、检测重复性好、自动化程度高和操作方便等特点,可以实现室内燃气管道严密性试验的自动化。
The shortcomings of the existing tightness test methods of indoor gas pipeline and thetheoretical basis of direct pressure test method are ana- lyzed. A kind of automatic detection device for the tightness of indoor gas pipeline based on direct pres- sure test method and MSP430 single chip microcomput- er technology is designed. The working principle and system composition of the device are introduced. The device is compared with the traditional U-tube pressure test method. The results show that the automatic detec- tion device for the tightness of indoor gas pipeline over- comes the shortcoming of traditional methods which are easily influenced by subjective factors, with the char- acteristics of high detection accuracy, good detection repeatability, high degree of automation and easy oper- ation. It can realize the automation of the tightness test of indoor gas pipeline.
