SUS^2矫治器联合种植支抗治疗安氏Ⅱ~1类患者的临床研究

A clinical study of SUS^2 appliance with miniscrew anchorage in the treatment of Class Ⅱ~1 malocclusion

目的研究SUS2功能矫治器联合种植支抗治疗安氏Ⅱ1类下颌后缩患者的骨牙改变。方法采用SUS2功能矫治器联合种植体支抗对15例安氏Ⅱ1类下颌后缩患者进行功能性矫治,治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片进行头影测量分析,SPSS 16.0统计学软件进行配对t检验。结果 15例患儿矫治9~12个月,治疗前后SNB、Co-Gn明显增加(P<0.01),ANB、Wits、U1.NA、U1-NA、覆盖、覆明显减小(P<0.01)。结论对生长发育高峰期Ⅱ1类错患者,SUS2功能矫治器联合种植支抗可以促进下颌骨生长,防止下前牙唇倾,改善覆覆盖和磨牙关系。

Objective To evaluate the skeletal and dental effects of the SUS2 appliance with miniscrew anchorage on growing children with skeletal Class Ⅱ1 anomalies. Methods Totally 15 subjects with skeletal Class Ⅱ1 Malocclusion were treated by SUS2 appliance in combination with miniscrew anchorage. Lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken at the beginning and the end of functional therapy. Paired t-test was used to determine if there were significant differences by SPSS 16.0. Results The 15 children had been treated for 9-12 months in total. SNB、Co-Gn increased significantly（ P0.01）. ANB,Wits,U1.NA,U1-NA,Overjet,Overbite decreased significantly after treatment（ P0.01）. Conclusions The SUS2 appliance with miniscrew anchorage is useful in correction of Class Ⅱmalocclusion with out incisor proclination during the treatment. It can promote the growth of the mandible and make the overjet,overbite and molar relationship become normal.
