共性体系:国家科技创新获奖团队的质性观照

Common Characterristics Systerm:Qualitative Anlysis on National Awarded Technology Innovation Team

从扎根理论范式出发,借助QSR Nvivo11质性分析软件,以12支国家科学技术创新获奖团队(2012—2015)为研究对象,通过自由编码、主轴编码与选择性编码等数据分析过程,甄别并鉴定获奖科技创新团队发展的共性特质:(1)集中于国防、信息与现代服务、医药卫生及人口与健康等国家重点发展领域与关键国民经济行业;(2)析出并验证由自我建设、社会服务、创新能力与水平和持续创新能力4类核心特质所构成的共性特征体系。廓清科技创新获奖团队的多元共性特征,以为进一步指导创新团队建设提供政策参考。

According to grounded theory norm, through process of open coding, axial coding and selective coding by applying qualitative software Nvivoll, taking 12 national awarded technology innovation teams （2012-2015） as research object, we find out that these teams mainly focus on national key developing areas and economic industries such as national defense, information and modern service, medicine and hygine, population and health and so on, confirming the systerm of common charactertics consisted of 4 core characterristic, namely team building, social service and contribution, innovative ability and level, sustainnable innovative ability. Figuring out the commmon charactertics of the awarded technology innovation teams will be helpful for related policy recommendations for the construction of innovative teams.
