科技人力资源的研究现状及趋势——基于CNKI期刊文献的计量分析

Current Situation and Trend of Research on Scientific and Technological Human Resources:Quantitative Analysis Based on CNKI Journal

利用1981—2015年CNKI数据库中以"科技人力资源"为主题的相关文献,采用文献计量学和Cite SpaceⅡ,分析其研究历程,主要分为起步期、加速期和发展期。根据高被引文献、关键词整理和整体发展脉络,挖掘出当前研究的热点主题,科技人力资源的基础理论研究、科技资源投入的基本要素、管理实践和效应研究等方面,得出该领域的研究现状及发展趋势。

Based on the literatures of＂Human Resource of Science and Technology＂ in the CNKI database from 1981 to 2015, the research process is analyzed by using bibhometrics and CiteSpace II , which can be divided into the initial period, the acceleration period and the development period. According to highly cited papers, key word collating and overall development thread, this study excavates the current research hot topics： the basic theory research of science and technology human resources, the basic elements of science and technology resources investment, management practice, and effect research. The research status and development trend of this field can give reference for related research.
