摘要
某厂房车间各类动力机器运转过程中产生的振动较大,为防止振动过大而影响生产并危及厂房结构安全,对该厂房车间的振动速度及振动频率进行监测,以实时监测数据为依据,并根据我国现行有关规范标准,判断机器运转时产生的振动对建筑结构的影响程度。结果表明,现有工况条件下厂房车间各类动力机器的运转产生的振动符合国家相关安全规范的要求,不会对厂房车间建(构)筑物结构安全产生影响。
In the workshop, great vibration is commonly generated by all kinds of power machine during their opera- tion. In order to prevent the vibration influence on the structural security of the factory building, the vibration speed and frequency of the workshop are monitored. According to China" s current relevant standards and based on real- time monitoring data, the influence degree of the vibration generated by the running machine on the building struc- ture is determined in this paper. The results show that the vibration generated by all kinds of power machine in the operating conditions meets the requirements of the relevant national safety regulations, and will not have an impact on the structural security of the factory building.
