国产经皮左心室隔离装置治疗心肌梗死后充血性心力衰竭1例
Successful treatment of congestive heart failure due to myocardial infarction with homemade left ventricular partitioning device: report of one case

临床资料
患者男，52岁。2年前因突发胸痛当地医院诊断为“急性前壁心肌梗死”，并于1周后行择期左前降支支架植入术，术后予以阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、瑞舒伐他汀、美托洛尔、贝那普利和口服降糖药等治疗。术后患者时有阵发性心悸，胸闷气喘等症状，于2016年12月11日入我院治疗。入院后超声心动图显示左室壁节段活动异常（广泛前壁），心尖部室壁瘤形成．心功能不全。患者既往有糖尿病史、高血压病史和吸烟史。
