历史建筑的保护与再利用在中西方均受到不同程度的重视,"真实性"作为历史建筑保护与再利用的核心原则,一直备受关注和争议。在其文化资源、精神承载、工艺传承、实用价值等诸多内涵中,如何定义它的真实性?在其屹立的千百年中,哪个年代才是它真实性的代表?在与现代城市、建筑接轨时,怎样保留它原有生命活力的真实性?诸多问题在理论和实践中形成困扰,文章针对"真实性"的含义、价值、争议与具体实践进行了思考,以期探寻历史建筑保护与再利用的"真实性"在当下的意义和发展可能性。

The protection and utilization of historic buildings are subject to different degrees of attention. ＂Authenticity＂ as the protection of historic buildings and the core principles of reuse, has been a concern and controversy. How to define authenticity with so many connotations such as the cultural resources, spiritual support, technological heritage and practical value should be concerned, Which age should be taken as representative as some buildings have stood for thousands of years, and how to preserve the authenticity of its original vitality when connecting with modern cities and buildings, a large number of problems confuse us in theory and practice. This paper is considering of the meaning of the ＂authenticity＂, value, dispute and practice, in order to explore the possibility and significance of the development of historical building protection and utilization of ＂authenticity＂ in the present.
