针对面向地块出让的城市重点区段城市设计,文章提出了"整体精准定位、系统精细设计、分块精确表达"三位一体的编制方法,并以《南京河西新城中轴(淮河路两侧地块)城市设计》项目为例,在"控导要素的选择、控导指标的确定与校核、控导强度的分级和控导要求的表达"等方面做出了较为细致的探索。

Elaborative urban design and control plays a increasing important role in our cities construction recently, but how to imply it is a major prob}em. 1-his article take the project ＂urban design for the central axis in Nanjing Hexi new town＂ for an example, propose a ＂exact orientation, elaborative design, precise layout＂ trinity kind of urban design and guideline editing method.
