通过对环境设计人才社会职业定位转变的分析,结合协同创新概念的内涵和要素,探讨国内外高校环境设计教育现状与问题,分析高校在教学形式及教学内容上存在的问题,以自身实践过程中不断探索的实战经验,提出了协同联动的环境设计人才培养模式的对策建议,以期完善高校环境设计复合人才培养机制及模式。

Combined with the connotations and factor of collaborative innovation concept, this article trough the analysis of environment design talent＇ s social occupation position change to discuss the current situation and problems of college environment design education both at home and abroad, and analyzes the existing problems in teaching forms and contents, Based on the practical experience in the process of self-practice, this article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the collaborative training of environment design talents to improve the cultivation mechanism and mode of college environment design comprehensive talents.
