摘要
针对贵州某中低品位钙镁质胶磷矿的特点,对其进行了选磷降镁的反浮选试验研究。结果表明,采用1粗1精反浮选工艺流程,在磨矿细度-0.074mm占75.80%,抑制剂硫酸用量为14kg/t,捕收剂用量为800g/t,浮选温度为常温的条件下,获得了P_2O_5品位为33.62%、MgO质量分数为0.91%、P_2O_5回收率为85.93%、MgO脱除率为90.78%的磷精矿,实现了胶磷矿与白云石的有效分离。
Experimental research was conducted on the reverse flotation of a medium and low grade calcareous and magnesian collophanite in Guizhou with phosphorus separation and magnesi- um reduction based on its characteristics. The results showed that with grinding fineness -0. 074 mm 75.80% ,dosage of depressor sulfuric acid 14 kg/t, dosage of collector 800 g/t and flotation temperature being at normal temperature, the phosphate concen- trate with P2 O5 33.62%, MgO 0. 91 %, P2O5 recovery 85.93% and MgO removal rate 90.78% was obtained in a one- roughing and one-cleaning flotation process, realizing the effective separa- tion of collophanite and dolomite.
