摘要
对广西盘龙铅锌矿浮选尾矿进行重晶石浮选试验研究。工艺矿物学研究表明:该铅锌尾矿中重晶石嵌布粒度微细,重晶石与其他矿物交代连生,同时尾矿中含有大量的泥质。本研究采用螺旋溜槽脱泥—脱硫浮选—再磨—重晶石浮选的选别流程,在铅锌尾矿含BaSO_413.68%的条件下,获得了含BaSO_496.89%,BaSO_4回收率67.52%的重晶石精矿,实现了铅锌矿尾矿中重晶石资源的综合利用。
The study on flotation of barite from Panlong lead- zinc railings in Guangxi province was conducted. Process minera- logical study shows that the dissemination size of barite is fine, the barite minerals closely coexist with other minerals, while the tailings contain a lot offine slimes. The study introduced a separa- tion process consisting of spiral chute desliming-flotation desulfu- rization-regrinding-barite flotation. With the lead-zinc railings be- ing BaSO4 13. 68%, the barite concentrate obtained contains BaSO4 96.89% with the recovery rate of BaSO4 67.52%, reali- zing the comprehensive utilization of barite resources in tailings.
