摘要 概述橡胶工业通用的间歇式橡胶混炼工艺的发展状况,并重点说明切向型和啮合型密炼机的混炼技术,共分下列三个部分:(1)切向型和啮合型密炼机混炼工艺的特点、应用领域状况,提供切向型和啮合型密炼机目前应用范围的具体参数;(2)切向型和啮合型密炼机的密炼技术,讨论两种混炼技术之间的根本区别及两种密炼机各自的混炼机理,并介绍两种密炼机关键部件的机械结构;(3)间歇式密炼机混炼技术的发展,介绍切向型和啮合型间歇式密炼机最新设计开发进展状况,提出新的技术并加以讨论。 The article provided an overview of rubber industry general developmenf situation of intermittent rubber mixing process, and emphasized the mixing technology of the tangential type and mesh type mixer.ltis divided into the following 3 parts: ① characteristics and application field of mixing process ,and specific parameters of application; ② mixer technology, which discussed the fundamental distinction and mechanism between two kinds of mixing technology,introduced two kinds of mechanical structure of key parts; ③ the development of the mixing technology, which introduced latest design and the proposed and discussed the new technology.
