在橡胶、化工、油墨等行业的生产中,各种原材料通常物料形态是固体粉末颗粒、液体以及熔融膏状,根据产品配方需要对各种原料进行配比计量称重。我们与上海某公司联合开发的智能型自动配料生产线实现了自动化智能生产,得到客户和行业领导的一致认可好评,同时对于其他行业具有参考和借鉴意义。
In the production of rubber, chemical and ink industry, various raw materials are usually solid powder particles, liquid and molten paste. According to the product formula, we need to weigh and metering the raw materials. We jointly developed a intelligent automatic batching production line with a company in Shanghai. which realized the intelligent automatic production, got the praise of customers and industry leaders, and it can be used for reference in other industries.
