摘要
通过对检验检疫信息化服务外包现状的分析,总结出信息化服务外包管理制度、技术及方法的管理难题,并根据现存管控困境,结合技术及管理双管齐下,提出检验检疫信息化服务外包管理模式的创新途径,充分做到"事前能审查、事中有监管、事后做评估"。
Through the analysis of current situation for informational outsourcing service,in order to summarize the management dilemma in management system,technology and method of informational outsourcing service,regarding of the management and control dilemma which still exists,Combining with both technology and management,the thesis presents new management modes of informational outsourcing service,adequately to make "verification before incidents,supervision in incidents,assessment after incidents" ensured.
