认知行为干预对头颈部恶性肿瘤术后的影响分析

目的探讨认知行为干预对头颈部恶性肿瘤术后患者精神状态的影响分析。方法选取2013-03—2016-09在郑州大学附属肿瘤医院接受治疗的60例头颈部恶性肿瘤手术后患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患者仅进行健康教育,每周1次,观察组患者则同时进行认知行为治疗,对2组患者治疗前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及NHP评分(诺丁汉健康调查表)进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组SDS评分和SAS评分改善幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NHP评分改善幅度也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对术后患者进行积极的认知行为治疗能够显著改善患者的精神和心理状态,对提高患者术后生活质量有十分重要的意义。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on the mental state of patients with head and neck malignant tumor. Methods 60 cases of head and neck cancer patients after surgery from March 2013 to September 2016 in Henan Provincial Tumor Hospital for treatment were selected. All patients were randomly divided into control group an：d observation group, each group of 30 patients. Control group of patients only once a week for health education, observation group of patients in the weekly health education on the basis of cognitive behavioral therapy at the same time. The self-rating depression scale （SDS）, anxiety self-rating scale （SAS） score and NHP score （Nottingham Health Questionnaire） were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of SDS scores and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The improvement rate of NHP score in the observation group was also better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The positive cognitive behavioral therapy of patients after operation can significantly improve the patient＇s mental and psychological state, establish patient self-confidence, clinical results worthy of recognition, to improve the quality of life of patients has a very important significance.
