组织间协同管理视角下开放式创新研究述评及展望

Review and prospect of open innovation research from the perspective of inter organizational collaborative management

随着企业日益跨越组织边界实施开放式创新,开放式创新理论研究成果呈爆发式增长,对现有研究进行梳理可以进一步推动理论发展。论文从开放式创新理论渊源与概念、模式与机制、企业绩效和创新能力的关系以及过程管理等4个方面对开放式创新研究进行述评。基于组织间协同管理视角对开放式创新现有研究成果进行总结,指出现有研究亟待进一步突破的地方,最后对开放式创新未来研究方向提出展望。

The research results of open innovation theory showed explosive growth as enterprises increasingly cross organizational boundaries to implement open innovation. It＇ s essential to comb existing research to further promote theoretical development. A review of open innovation research is made from the origin and concept, mode and mechanism, relationship with enterprise performance and innovation ability, process management of open innovation theory. Based on the perspective of inter organizational collaborative management, the paper summarizes the existing research results of open innovation and indicates that there are some places which need further breakthrough, and finally put foward the future research direction of open innovation.
