网络协同视角下科技企业孵化器的价值创造研究

Study on the value creation of high-tech business incubator from the perspective of network collaboration

当前竞争环境下,通过网络协同作用提升科技企业孵化器服务能力是破解其发展困境的重要手段。本文在文献回顾的基础上,对中国首家孵化器——武汉东湖新技术创业中心的价值创造问题进行了案例研究,以平衡计分卡为工具,从财务、客户、孵化流程和学习与成长4个维度出发,研究了协同视角下科技企业孵化器价值创造的过程以及产出,并分析了4个维度之间的逻辑关联,并基于案例分析结果提出了科技企业孵化器的发展建议。

In the current competitive environment, through network collaborative to enhance the service ability is an important way for high-tech business incubator to get out of development dilemmas. On the basis of the reviewed literatures, Wuhan East Lake Hi-tech Innovation Center, the first incubator in China was selected by us to carry out a single case study. Based on the theory of the balanced scoreboard, we measure the value creation of high-tech business incubator from four dimensions ： finance, customers, internal process and learning and growth. We studied the value creation process and output of high-tech business incubator from the view of network collaboration, and analyzed the logistic relationship of the four concepts. Finally, we put forward development proposals aim at highteeh business incubator based on the case analysis results.
