摘要
应力叠合木SLT与交错层压木CLT是现代规格木材应用主流,笔者针对现代木结构桥梁SLT桥面板与CLT桥面板性能进行对比,研究两种规格木在小跨径桥梁上的应用性能。首先探讨了SLT板刚度设计的Ritter理论及Crews理论,CLT板刚度设计的组合系数K理论及机械连接理论。而后对一简支板梁桥桥面板,分别选用SLT桥面板与CLT桥面板的性能进行了分析比较。结果表明:截面形式一致,同材质的SLT桥面板较CLT板更适宜小跨径公路桥面板;同时SLT桥面板设计时,宜采用Ritter设计理论。
The stress laminated timber (SLT) and cross laminated timber(CLT) is the application mainstream of modern specification timber. By comparing the performance of SLT bridge deck and CLT bridge deck of modern wood structure bridge, authors of this paper study the application performance of two wood specifications used on the small span bridges. First of all, discuss the SLT stiffness design Ritter theory and Crews theory, CLT stiffness design of composite coefficient K theory and the mechanical connection theory. And then the performance is analyzed and compared for a simply supported girder bridge deck which respectively chooses SLT bridge deck and CLT bridge deck. The results show that when with the same cross section form and the same material, SLT deck is more suitable for small span highway bridge deck. At the same time, when design the SLT bridge deck, the Ritter design theory is more appropriate.
