摘要
木结构是易于实现预制装配、实现工业化生产、标准化制作的结构体系。轻型木结构在设计软件、模数化的设计标准、生产流水线加工、项目管理等方面都已有成熟的带有BIM特点的技术。笔者在实施梁柱式木结构住宅产业化的过程中,尝试引进BIM技术,建立SI结构体系,制定设计模数,以提高设计效率和生产效率,降低建筑产业化成本。
Wooden structure is the system which is easy to realize prefabrication, industrialized production and standardized manufacture. Light wooden frame construction has advanced BIM technology in the design software, modular design standard, production line processing, and project management etc. In this paper, authors try to introduce BIM technology in the process of the implementation of glued lumber industrialization, create SI construct system and design model, in order to improve the design efficiency and production efficiency and reduce the cost of building.
