家用水质处理器加标试验中总有机碳与化学耗氧量的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between TOC and COD_(Mn) in spike experiment for home water treatment devices

摘要 目的研究和确立生活饮用水水质处理器卫生功能性检验中加标试验的总有机碳(TOC)与化学耗氧量(COD_(Mn))的定量关系,建立通过测定TOC间接计算出COD_(Mn)的方法,探讨以TOC作为评价指标的可行性。方法分别以葡萄糖、酒石酸钾钠、柠檬酸钠三种化合物作为加标物质,绘制标准曲线,分析TOC和COD_(Mn)的相关性。结果水质处理器加标试验中,采用葡萄糖、酒石酸钾钠、柠檬酸钠作为加标物质,TOC与COD_(Mn)有良好的线性关系(r分别为0.999 4,0.999 1,0.999 9,均P<0.05),国标法与TOC计算法所得COD_(Mn)差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论采用TOC作为评价指标,所得COD_(Mn)与原国标标准结果一致,而且操作简便,更加规范化和标准化。 Objective To study and establish the quantitative relationship between total organic carbon (TOC) and chemical oxygen demand (COD Mn) in spike experiment for home water treatment devices,to establish a method for the indirect calculation of COD Mn by TOC,and to explore the feasibility of using TOC as an evaluation index. Methods Glucose, sodium potassium tartrate, sodium citrate were used as the reference substance, the standard curve was prepared, and the TOC and CODM, of the curves and the samples were determined. Results In spike experiment for home water treatment devices, glucose, sodium potassium tartrate and sodium citrate was used as the reference substance, TOC and COD Mn had a good linear relationship(r: 0.999 4, 0.9991, 0.999 9, P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in COD Mn based on GB/T 5750-2006 Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water and calculation method for COD Mn by TOC(P〉0.05). Conclusion TOC can be used as the evaluation index, which is consistent with the original standard in spike experiment, and is easy to operate, more standardized.
