Evaluation on the Energy Efficiency of Electrostatic Precipitators in Coal-Fired Power Plants

摘要 基于国内197台燃煤电厂电除尘器电耗及比电耗的统计数据,提出电除尘器能效评价指标及测试、计算方法,利用该评测方法对目前超低排放投运项目中电除尘器进行能效评测,结果表明:低低温电除尘技术提效幅度明显,但运行能耗偏高;湿式电除尘技术可稳定实现烟尘超低排放,但需额外增加一定的运行能耗;机组低负荷运行时,电除尘器运行能耗偏高。当前电除尘器运行能耗均存在较大的节能空间,建议开展电除尘器能效优化技术研究。 Based on the statistical data of power consumption and speeific power consumption for 197 sets of electrostatic precipitators in coal-fired power plants in China, the evaluation, testing, and calculation method of energy efficiency for electrostatie precipitator (ESP) are put forward. The ESP efficiency evaluation for the ultra-low emission project is conducted hy using the proposed method. It is shown that the low-low temperature ESP has better efficiency, but with a higher operating energu consumption. The wet electrostatic precipitator (WESP) achieves steady dust ultra-low emissions, but with a higher operating cost. When the unit is in low load operation, the electric energy consumption is high. There is still room for further saving on the energy consumption of electrostatie precipitators and the research on the energy efficiency optimization technology of the electrostatic precipitator is suggested.
