电力调度自动化运行管理规程修订解读

Revision Interpretation of Code for Operation and Administration of Power Dispatching Automation System

结合近年来中国调度自动化行业的发展,在对各级调度机构自动化运行管理工作梳理的基础上,对新形势下的运行管理要求提炼总结,形成了修订版的电力行业标准DL/T 516—2017《电力调度自动化运行管理规程》。分别从总体原则、运行界面、运行管理、检验规定、技术管理、基础数据、数据传输通道及调度数据网、电力监控系统安全防护等方面对新规程进行解读,重点对其要点和修订变化内容进行解释,可进一步提高调度自动化人员对本标准的理解,指导各级调度、发电、输电、变电、配电、用电等环节自动化系统的运行维护管理工作。

Combined with development of dispatching automation industry, a revised power industry standard DL/T 516--2017 ＂Code for operation and administration of power dispatching automation system＂ is formed after summarizing operational management requirements of power dispatching automation system operation and administration under new circumstance. Key points and revised contents are described in detail from aspects of general principle, operation interface, operation management, inspection regulation, technical management, basic data, data transmission channel, scheduling data network and power monitoring system security protection.
