摘要
地下综合管廊作为各种市政管线的集中收纳地,在道路两侧为周边地区的用户提供电力、给水、热力、中水、通信、燃气的接驳点。由于各家管线公司的入廊时间不能确定,各家管线公司第一时间无法全部利用,多余孔洞如不封闭,地下水会渗入到管廊内,容易造成管廊内配电箱内电气元件损坏、管廊墙面装饰层返潮、腐蚀金属支吊架等危害。通过对地下综合管廊出线节点套管的橡胶气囊封堵方法的工艺原理、施工工艺、闭水试验、质量安全控制措施进行研究,结果表明橡胶气囊具有临时封堵效果好、拆除方便、经济性显著等特点。
As a centralized storage place for all kinds of municipal pipelines, the underground comprehensive utility tunnel provides the power supply, water supply, heat, water, communication and gas connections to the users in the surrounding areas. Because the utility tunnel entering time can not be determined, and the utility tunnel can not be fully utilized for the first time, if redundant holes are not be closed, the water will seep into the utility tunnel, so it is easy to cause the utility tunnel electric elements in the distribution box to be damaged, and make utility tunnel wall decoration to get damp and corrosion of metal hanger. Through study on principle, construction, closed water test and quality control methods of the rubber air bag plugging method of underground utility tunnel outlet pipe joint, the results show that the rubber air bag has the characteristics of temporary plugging effect, easy removal, economical significant.
