摘要
随着设计标准与结构负荷的增加,为保证管廊部位城市道路不出现大量的纵向裂缝、横向裂缝、管廊基础及侧墙失稳,六盘水地下综合管廊采用水稳级配砂石、毛石大渣、土工格栅等回填材料,通过人工夯实与机械夯实相结合的方法进行管廊基坑回填。施工结果表明,本工程采用的材料回填效果极佳,压实度达到0.97以上,遇水回填基层不下降,强度不降低,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Along with the increase of load and structure design standards, to ensure the city road at utility tunnel position does not appear vertical and horizontal cracks, and instability of foundation and side wall, the utility tunnel of Liupanshui uses water stable graded sandstone, large slag and geogrid backfill material. The combination of artificial ramming and mechanical compaction phase is used for foundation backfilling. The construction results show that this method for foundation backfilling is excellent, whose compaction degree reaches more than 0.97, and the backfill base is not decreased when encountering water, the strength is not reduced, which gets good economic and social benefits.
