摘要
互联网经济飞速发展的今天,网上商品评论已经成为消费者重要的决策依据。然而,虚假评论的蔓延不仅使消费者权益受损,而且破坏了整个交易市场的正常秩序。通过对相关文献的总结分析,本文从虚假评论的成因、危害、识别三个维度阐释了相关领域的发展现状,希望能够抛砖引玉,对未来该领域的发展提供一些建议。
With the rapid development of Internet Economy, online reviews have become an important source for consumer decision making. However, the existence of fake reviews not only can make deleterious effects on consumer, but also may hurt the order of the whole market. This paper conducts a literature review on this domain, and focuses on the cause, the negative impacts, and the detection of fake online reviews. At last, this paper also makes some suggestions for future research.
