摘要
研究了不同浓度的海水对泡沫混凝土抗压强度和孔结构的影响。研究结果表明:随着海水浓度的提高,泡沫混凝土的7d,28d抗压强度均呈现先升高后降低的趋势;通过Matlab软件和IPP图像分析软件发现,在一定范围内提高海水浓度进行养护能降低泡沫混凝土的孔隙率,使其孔径分布更加均匀,平均孔径更小,单位面积气孔数更少,气孔平均形状因子更低。
The effect of different concentration of seawater on the compressive strength and pore structure of foamed concrete was studied. The results show that with the increase of the concentration of the seawater, 7d and 28d compressive strength of the foamed concrete increase at first and then decrease. Based on the Matlab software and IPP image analysis software, it' s found that increasing seawater concentration within a certain range can reduce the porosity of foamed concrete, make more uniform pore size distribution, lower the average aperture and tess number of stomata per unit area, as well as lower average pore shape factor.
