摘要
在我国在建和待建的核电站中,存在大量的大体块混凝土结构及其他形式的复杂混凝土结构,利用传统的超声波测混凝土缺陷方法测试这些结构的内部缺陷存在一定的困难。针对这种检测需要,设计了一种新型混凝土缺陷测试方法,采用能够向四周空间均匀发射超声波的球形埋置式超声波探头,在结构内部组成阵列布置,相互之间收发超声波信号,或与外部手持式平面超声波探头搭配使用,从而分析混凝土内部的密实度状况。
Mass concrete structure and other complex concrete structure are commonly utilized in nuclear power plant under construction and to be built in our country. There are different difficulties to detect the internal defect of these structures with traditional test methods. A new method of concrete defect test was researched which utilized a spherical embedded ultrasonic transducer as the core component. The transducers can be located inside the concrete structure in a preset pattern, and motivate or receive the ultrasonic signal with other transducers around or the. traditional transducer handled by test personnel on the structure surface to analyze the compactness situation of concrete inside the structure.
