经皮椎体成形法治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折的效果观察

摘要 目的探析经皮椎体成形法治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2014年12月~2015年12月所收治的118例老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者为本次研究对象,以随机法将其分为对照组及观察组各59例,其中对照组采用经皮椎体凸成型术进行治疗,观察组采用经皮椎体成形法进行治疗。对两组患者临床效果进行对比。结果在疼痛指标上,两组患者于治疗前并无较大差异,在治疗后,两组患者均有显著下降,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在伤椎高度改善幅度上,观察组显著优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗有效率上,观察组远高于对照组(98.31%>77.96%),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过为骨质疏松性椎体骨折老年患者提供经皮椎体成型法进行治疗,可显著降低患者的疼痛程度,使其伤椎高度得到有效改善,进而确保其临床治疗效果,可在临床治疗中大力推广。
