摘要
矿山自卸车工况相对公路车更为复杂。本文对矿山自卸车典型工况进行数据采集及分析,论述了其工况特点,并根据工况特点讨论了矿山自行车发动机特性设计需求,同时基于国内某款矿山自卸车进行建模仿真,并进行场地试验验证结果。最后提出了对于矿山自卸车燃油经济性特点的匹配和设计要求。
The Working conditions of Dump-truck are relatively more complicated than road-truck. In this paper, we collected and analyzed the data from typical working conditions of dump-truck. The characteristics of the working conditions are discussed. According to the working conditions, the design requirements of the engine are discussed. Modeling, simulation and the results of field test are also given. Finally, this paper put forward the matching and design requirements for the fuel economy of Dump-truck.
