摘要
新能源客车的动力电池通常是由成百甚至上千个单体电池通过串并联方式组成,由于短板效应,电池系统的性能通常由系统内部最差单体电池决定,所以单体电池的不一致性会导致电池系统的性能大幅度降低,特别是电池系统的寿命会受到较大影响。本文通过新能源客车市场运行大数据分析动力电池在实际应用中的电池不一致性问题,分析这种不一致性问题对电池系统寿命的影响,并针对性的提出由于电池不一致性问题带来的电池寿命衰减的改进措施。
New energy bus is usually composed of hundreds or even thousands of single cells in series parallel way, and the structure of the battery system is very complex, so the influence the cell consistency issues will be bigger in new energy bus, especially for the life of battery system. Based on the large data of new energy bus, the paper analyzes batteries inconsistency issues and its effect on the battery life. At last the paper puts forward the improvement measure on battery life which caused by the battery inconsistency problem.
