论达原饮所治当属“阳明中风”

Discussion on the Disease Treated with Dayuan Decoction Pertaining to "Yangming Stroke"

"阳明中风"一证是涉及三阳经并且挟湿的复杂病变,既不可汗(没有典型的湿家身体痛烦的表现)、又不可下(下之则哕),还不可以利小便(疾病已经进入阳明,不可利小便,利小便会加重阳明之热)。仲景自觉治疗颇为棘手,没有处方,只是谆谆告诫:不可下之。达原饮是对《伤寒论》阳明中风一证条文所缺方剂的重要补充。达原饮所治疗疾病症状和阳明中风一样都涉及到太阳、阳明、少阳;阳明中风的症状达原饮证几乎全部俱备,达原饮与阳明中风转归相同。对于阳明中风一证,张仲景没有出方,并且明确提示:不可下之太早。达原饮方中厚朴、槟榔、草果共用能达到解表化湿和中之疗效,颇合阳明中风证,主药表达的治法与阳明病治法同。

Syndrome of ＂ Yangming stroke＂ involves three yang meridians and is a complex pathogenic change complicated with dampness. It should not be treated by sweating（ because there is no manifestation of typical sweating and painful body）,purging（ purgation may lead to vomiting）,promoting diuresis（ the disease has entered Yangming phase and diuresisi-promotion may aggravate the heat of Yangming）. Zhongjing believes that the treatment of this syndrome is intractable and there is no prescription.He warns that it can be not treated by purgation. Dayuan Decoction is an important supplementation to the syndrome of Yangming stroke,which can treat the symptoms same as those in Yangming stroke involving Taiyang,Yangming and Shaoyang. The symptoms of Yangming stroke are mostly included in the syndrome of Dayuan Decoction; the prognoses of these two syndromes are the same. For Yangming stroke syndrome,Zhang Zhongjing didn＇t give a prescription but clearly pointed that it shouldn＇t be purged too early. The simultaneous use of Houpo（ Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis）,Binglang（ Semen Arecae） and Caoguo（ Fructus Tsaoko） can achieve the effects of relieving the exterior,resolving the dampness and harmonizing the middle,which is applicable to Yangming stroke syndrome. The treatment of the main herb is the same as that of Yangming disease.
