消糖七味饮干预糖尿病前期临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiaotang Qiwei Decoction for the Intervention in the Pre-diabetic Phase

目的:观察消糖七味饮干预糖尿病前期的有效性及对血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、血脂等指标的影响。方法:将70例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例,最终对照组完成31例,治疗组完成33例,所有病例均给予糖尿病相关知识的宣教,制定统一的饮食方案,对所有患者采取适当的运动疗法,中等强度活动,每次1 h,每周3次。治疗组在生活方式干预的基础上,口服消糖七味饮,药物组成:人参9 g,生地黄24 g,枸杞12 g,白术9 g,陈皮6 g,三七6 g,丹参12 g,按照固定组方剂量配方,水煎300 m L,每次100 m L,早中晚三餐前温服。对照组仅予以单纯生活方式干预。试验期间禁止使用其他影响药物疗效的中西药。干预12周,治疗期间每4周回访一次。结果:对照组有效率为41.9%,治疗组有效率为87.9%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、血脂等指标较对照组治疗后降低,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消糖七味饮可以改善糖尿病前期血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、血脂等指标,可以改善糖尿病前期患者症状。

Objective： To observe the effectiveness of Xiaotang Qiwei Decoction for the intervention in the pre-diabetic phase and its influence on blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin and blood lipid. Methods： Totally 70 patients were randomized into control group and treatment group,35 cases in each group. At last,31 cases in control group and 33 cases in treatment group completed the experiment. All cases were given propaganda knowledge related to diabetes and conducted unified diet and kinematical scheme. All patients were given proper kinesiatrics of moderate intensity,one hour each time and 3 times a week. Based on lifestyle intervention,the patients were also given oral administration of Xiaotang Qiwei Decoction with herbs of Renshen（ Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng） 9 g,Shengdi（ Radix Rehmanniae） 24 g,Gouqi（ Fructus Lycii） 12 g,Baizhu（ Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae） 9 g,Chenpi（ Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae） 6 g,Sanqi（ Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng） 6 g and Danshen（ Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae） 12 g. With fixed prescription dosage,the decoction was decocted with 300 m L water,100 m L each time and taken in warm after three meals. Control group were given simple lifestyle intervention. During experiment,Chinese or western medicine affecting the effects of drugs were forbidden to use. The intervention was given for 12 weeks and follow-up was conducted every 4 weeks. Results： The effective rate was 41. 9% in control group and 87. 9% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the indicators of blood sugar,glycated hemoglobin,insulin and blood lipid declined in treatment group compared with control group; there was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Xiaotang Qiwei Decoction can improve the indicators of blood sugar,glycated hemoglobin,insulin and blood lipid and symptoms in the pre-diabetic phase.
