头针结合康复训练治疗小儿脑性瘫痪40例

Forty Cases of Cerebral Palsy in Children Treated with Scalp Acupuncture in Combination with Rehabilitation Training

目的:观察头针结合康复训练治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年5月—2015年5月在本院儿科以及针灸科就诊的脑性瘫痪患儿40例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组给予头针结合康复训练治疗,对照组给予康复治疗。结果:治疗组患儿治疗后自理能力、认知力、运动能力评分与对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为70%,对照组有效率为40%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针结合康复训练治疗小儿脑性瘫痪疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of scalp acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation training on cerebral palsy in children. Methods： Forty patients who were treated in our hospital＇s Department of Pediatrics and Department of Acupuncture between May 2012 and May 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given scalp acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation training,while the ones in the control group were given only rehabilitation training. Results： After treatment,compared with the control group,the self-care ability,cognitive and motor ability score of the children in the treatment group were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 70%,while that of the control group was 40%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Scalp acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation training has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cerebral palsy in children.
