朱琏指针点按疗法对中风偏瘫患者循经感传效应的影响

The Effect Analysis of Propagated Sensation Along Channel of Zhu Lian Hand Pressing Therapy in Treating Hemiplegia

目的:观察朱琏指针点按疗法治疗中风偏瘫是否产生与针刺治疗同样的循经感传效应。方法:选择2014年1月—2016年2月本院针灸康复病区、内科病区治疗的中风偏瘫患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组在病房常规康复护理的基础上给予朱琏指针点按疗法,对照组给予常规康复护理。结果:观察组多存在针感,针感明显,有传导,针感持续时间较长,对照组针感出现较少,循经感传现象也极少,两组循经感传比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:朱琏指针点按疗法治疗中风偏瘫能产生与针刺治疗同样的效应,可操作性强。

Objective： To observe whether or not Zhu Lian hand pressing therapy has similar effect of propagated sensation along channel to that of acupuncture in treating hemiplegia. Methods： One hundred patients with hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital＇s acupuncture rehabilitation ward,and department of internal medicine ward between Jan. 2014 and Feb. 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine rehabilitation nursing,while the ones in the observation group were added Zhu Lian hand pressing therapy based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The observation group had obvious acupuncture sense,conduction,needle feeling lasted for a long time,while the control group had little acupuncture sense,few propagated sensation along channel phenomenon; the difference in propagated sensation along channel in the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Zhu Lian hand pressing therapy has equal effect on hemiplegia to that of acupuncture in treating hemiplegia.
