摘要
目的:观察后溪配申脉治疗强直性脊柱炎颈腰痛的临床疗效。方法:11例强制性脊柱炎颈腰痛患者均给予针刺后溪配申脉治疗,留针30 min,留针期间,每隔10 min捻针催气一次,每日1次,14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后对其疗效进行评价。结果:11例患者治疗2个疗程后,显效7例(63.64%),有效3例(27.27%),无效1例(9.09%),有效率为90.91%。结论:后溪配申脉可以改善强直性脊柱炎患者的颈腰痛症状。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of puncturing Houxi（ SI 3） combined with Shenmai（ BL 62） acupoints on lumbago due to ankylosing spondylitis（ AS）. Methods： Totally 11 cases with AS were given treatment of puncturing Houxi（ SI 3）and then Shenmai（ BL 62） acupoints and remained the needles for 30 minutes. During the retaining of the needles,twisting the needles was performed every 10 min to promote qi arrival,once a day and 14 d as a treatment course. The curative effects were evaluated after 2 treatment courses. Results： Among the 11 patients after 2 treatment courses,7 cases got excellent effects（ 63. 64%）,3 cases had effects（ 27. 27%） and 1 case（ 9. 09%） without effect; the effective rate was 90. 91%. Conclusion：Puncturing Houxi（ SI 3） and then Shenmai（ BL 62） acupoints can improve lumbago due to AS.
