不同年龄组的弥漫性肺泡出血的MSCT探析

MSCT Exploration on Diffuse Alveolar Hemorrhage at Different Age Groups

目的探讨不同年龄组弥漫性肺泡出血症(DAH)的MSCT影像特征。方法回顾性分析经实验室、病理证实的87例DAH患者的MSCT表现,对不同年龄组的MSCT征象比较分析。结果非成人组与成人组病例右肺中叶、右肺下叶、左肺上叶、左肺下叶累及的范围有差异,非成人组在以上各肺叶累及范围更广泛;成人组病例出现片状实变影、实性结节的范围更广泛,非成人组出现片状磨玻璃影的范围更广泛。结论 DAH的MSCT影像征象在不同的年龄群组中,其影像征象及分布有一定的特征性,可为其诊断和治疗后评估提供有效的影像方法。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the characteristics and distribution of MSCT of patients with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage at different age groups;to explore the MSCT image characteristics of DAH in different age groups.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on MSCT performance of 87 cases of patients with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage confirmed by laboratory and pathology,to compare and analyze MSCT signs of different age groups.Results There were differences between the young group and adult group in the range involved in the middle right pulmonary lobe,lower right pulmonary lobe,upper left pulmonary lobe,and lower left pulmonary lobe;the pulmonary lobe involved wider range in the younger group.Patchy solid density appeared in the adult group,and the range of solid nodules was wider.There was wider patchy ground glass density in younger group.Conclusion In different age groups,MSCT image signs and distribution of diffuse alveolar hemorrhage are characteristic to a certain extent.This can provide effective image methods for diagnosis and treatment of DAH.
