摘要
目的探讨基于增强T1WI序列的直方图分析在鉴别脑内淋巴瘤与胶质母细胞瘤的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的37例脑内淋巴瘤与58例胶质母细胞瘤的常规MR影像信号、形状及直方图特征。结果37例脑内淋巴瘤患者中14例出现坏死,58例胶质母细胞瘤患者病灶中均表现出明显坏死区域,胶质母细胞瘤与脑内淋巴瘤的信号均一性、形状复杂性、直方图峰度及偏度之间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论基于增强T1WI序列的直方图分析有助于鉴别脑内淋巴瘤与胶质母细胞瘤。
Objective This study intended to investigate the usefulness of histogram analysis for discriminating primary CNS lymphomas (PCNSLs) from glioblastoma multiforme (GBM).Methods 37 patients with PCNSLs and 58 patients with GBMs proven pathologically were retrospectively reviewed.Signal features,shapes and histogram parameters were analysed using t test (P 〈 0.05).Results 14 patients who were diagnosed with PCNSLs are demonstrated to have necrosis (n =14,37.84% in 37) in the mass while all 58 GBM sufferers have necrosis presented (n =58,100% in 58).Homogeneity,complexity of shape,skewness and kurtosis had significant statistic differences between PCNSLs and GBMs.Conclusion Histogram analysis of enhanced T1-weighted images could help to differentiate PCNSLs from GBMs.
