交流接触器电应力特征参数监测及处理方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对交流接触器承受电应力情况的分析,可以实现电气操作可靠性的预测。首先提出交流接触器电应力在线实时监测方法,在电气操作过程中逐次实时监测电源电压、触头断口电压、负载电流,获取6路电压、3路电流动态变化波形的采集数据;然后根据电压、电流变化特征及多路采样信号间的特征,提出多路采样数据融合的处理方法,提高电应力特征参数提取精度;最后利用设计的监测试验系统,进行交流接触器的电寿命试验,并根据试验过程中的采集数据提取出电应力特征参数,为交流接触器电寿命变化规律研究提供数据。经过实测对比分析,在采样频率不变的情况下,采用所提出的数据处理方法,可以提高电应力特征参数的提取精度。 Electrical operation reliability is one of the important indicators of the reliability of AC contactor. It can be forecast through the electric stress analysis of AC contactor. Firstly,online real-time monitoring method of electric stress for AC contactor is proposed to monitor power supply voltage,break voltage and load current,and the dynamic waveform of 6 voltage signals and 3 current signals are obtained. Secondly,according to the characteristics of voltage,current and multichannel signals,the processing method of real-time acquisition data is put forward to improve the extraction accuracy of electric stress characteristic parameters. Finally,the electrical life test of AC contactor is conducted by using the designed monitoring test system. The electric stress characteristic parameters are extracted from the collected data for the research of electric life changing law of AC contactor. The comparative analysis indicates that the proposed data processing method can improve the electric stress characteristic parameters extraction accuracy under the same sampling frequency.
