摘要
提出TL-qZSI方法,用于抑制无刷直流电动机换相转矩脉动。该方法在电机换相时刻运用该网络升压补偿直流母线电压,达到抑制脉动的目的。分析了无刷直流电动机换相转矩脉动的原因,介绍了TL-qZSI的工作模态,构建系统模型,并仿真分析。结果表明,TL-qZSI较qZSI具有较强的升压能力,特别是在换相时刻引入该网络电压补偿,能使换相转矩脉动由30.1%减小到3.4%,取得较好效果。
Tapped-inductor quasi-Z-source net (TL-qZSI) was proposed to suppress the commutation torque ripple of BLDCM. The net was used to compensate the DC bus voltage when BLDCM commutated. It analyzed the causes of the commutation torque ripple of BLDCM, introduced the operation modes of TL-qZSI, built the simulation of the system mod- el. The simulation results show that TL-qZSI had a stronger boost capability than the quasi-Z-source network (qZSI). It could get a good result that the commutation torque ripple could be reduced from 30.1% to 3.4%, if TL-qZSI was used to compensate the DC bus voltage when BLDCM eommutated.
