Mechanical properties of circular steel tube filled with steel reinforced high strength concrete composite column under eccentric compression

摘要 为研究钢骨-圆钢管高强混凝土组合柱偏心受压力学性能,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对14根钢骨-圆钢管高强混凝土组合柱偏心受压试件进行非线性分析,研究了荷载-侧向挠度曲线特征、不同受力阶段的应力分布规律及破坏模态,进行参数分析,讨论不同参数对组合柱偏心受压力学性能的影响.提出组合柱偏心受压承载力简化计算公式,并将简化公式计算结果与试验结果及有限元计算结果进行对比.编写了钢骨-圆钢管高强混凝土组合柱偏心受压数值分析程序.结果表明组合柱的偏心受压承载力随着偏心距、长细比以及径厚比增大而不断减小,随着配骨指标增大不断提高.简化计算公式计算结果及数值计算结果,与试验结果及有限元模拟结果吻合良好. To study mechanical properties of circular steel tube filled with steel reinforced high strength concrete composite column under eccentric loading, fourteen eccentrically loaded specimens of nonlinear finite element analysis model have been analyzed by software ABAQUS. Characteristics of load versus deformation curves, stress distribution rule under different loading stages and failure mode are investigated. Parametric analysis is carried out to study the influence of different parameters on mechanical properties of composite columns. Simplified capacity calculation formula is proposed. Numerical analysis program of the composite column under eccentric compression had been coded. The results indicate that with increasing of eccentricity, slenderness ratio and diameter to thickness ratio, the bearing capacity of composite column is decreasing rapidly; with increase of steel-reinforced ratio the bearing capacity is increasing. Simplified bearing capacity calculation formula and the numerical program calculated results are in good agreement with the FEM and test results.
