农户应对大病经济风险策略比较分析

A Comparative Analysis about Farmers Copping with Disease Economic Risk Strategy

目的:设立评价农户应对疾病经济风险的策略是否成功的标准,找出影响策略的因素,提供农户成功应对疾病经济风险的措施。方法:利用湖北恩施州某县部分农户调查数据,建立Logit模型来获得显著影响策略的因素。结果:在农村医疗保障制度比较完善的情况下,仍有22.5%的农户应对疾病经济风险策略是不成功的。结论:显著影响农户策略的是家庭因素(家庭人均收入、经济状况、非农收入比重、社会资本)。建议政府出台政策帮助农民实现收入的多样化,搭建农民间互助合作的平台等非财政措施,保证农民有效应对疾病经济风险。

Objective By setting up a standard to evaluate whether the farmers＇ strategies for coping with the disease economic risk are successful or not, find out the factors that influence the strategies, provide farmers with measures to deal with the econom- ic risks of diseases. Method Based on the survey data of some peasant households in county of Enshi Autonomous prefecture, Hu- bei province, establish the Logit model to obtain a significant influence factors to the strategies. Results ： In the case of a relatively perfect medical system, there are still 22. 5 percent of farmers could not cope with disease economic risk successfully. Conclusion The family factors （ household income per capital income, economic status, non - agricultural income and social capital） signifi- cantly influence the farmer＇ s strategies. The government should provide polices to help farmers diversify their income, build plat- forms for farmers to help each other without fiscal means, and ensure farmers deal with the economic risks of disease effectively.
