摘要 目的:了解医学院校应用心理专业学位研究生培养模式的现状,探讨其存在的问题,并对其发展提出建议。方法:采取问卷调查法,对南京医科大学、重庆医科大学等国内5所医学院校开展问卷调查。结果:医学院校应用心理专业学位研究生培养模式虽有很大的发展,但还存在许多问题,主要表现在培养模表模糊、课程应用性不强、专业性导师较少三方面。结论:医学院校应用心理专业学位研究生培养模式可以从明确培养目标、优化课程体系、加强师资力量等方面进一步完善。 Objective To study the status of training mode of professional graduate majored in applied psychology in medical colleges, and put forward suggestions. Method Five medical colleges were surveyed with questionnaires. Results Professional post- graduate training mode of applied psychology in medical college had obtained some achievement, but still had many problems, mainly as vague training objective, insufficient applicative characteristics and insufficient professional tutors. Conclusion It is sug- gested to improve the training mode of professional graduate majored in applied psychology in medical colleges by clarifying the training target, optimizing the courses system and strengthening faculty team construction.
