Transformation of Industrial Policy Paradigm in Background of Supply-Side Structural Reform

供给侧结构性改革是当前和今后一段时期我国经济工作的主线和宏观经济政策的重心。我国长期实施的以"直接干预市场、替代市场与限制竞争"为特征的选择性产业政策已不能适应供给侧结构性改革的需要。为此,必须综合考量我国当前发展阶段和产业发展未来趋势,积极推动产业政策范式转型,使产业政策真正成为连接宏观和微观、沟通政府与市场的重要支点,为深入推进供给侧结构性改革提供良好支撑。

The supply-side structural reform is the main line of China's economic work and the focus of macroeconomic policy in the current and future period. The selective industrial policy characterized by "directly intervene the market,replace the market and restrict the competition"has been implemented for a long time in China. It can not adapt to the supply-side structural reform. Thus,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the current development stage and the future trend of industrial development,to actively promote the transformation of industrial policy paradigm,so that the industrial policy can truly become an important fulcrum connecting the macro and the micro,communicating the government and the market,so as to provide a good support for promoting the structural reform of the supply-side.
