摘要
以溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)为标准试样,通过涂膜红外光谱(IR)法确定了4种牌号(2557 S、2564、3840、553)SSBR微观结构含量的标称值,采用衰减全反射(ATR)-IR法测定了SSBR的微观结构含量,并与核磁共振(NMR)法测试结果进行了对比。结果表明,4种牌号SSBR标准试样的反式-1,4-结构、乙烯基结构、顺式-1,4-结构和苯乙烯结构的标称值(质量分数)分别为17.2%、15.8%、25.2%、19.5%,42.0%、37.6%、12.6%、42.6%,23.4%、20.4%、23.6%、23.1%,17.4%、26.1%、38.6%、14.8%。当平整光滑的试样厚度不大于2 mm时测试结果有较好的重复性,ATR-IR法测试结果与NMR法无显著性差异,准确性得到验证。
Coating infrared spectrum (IR) me- thod was used to determine the nominal value of microstructure content of four kinds of solution-poly- merized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR, brand of 2557 S,2564,3840,553) as the standard sample. The microstructure content of SSBR were determined by attenuated total reflection IR (ATR)-IR method, and the results were compared with those measured by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) method. The results showed that nominal values of trans-1,4-unit, vinyl-unit, cis-1, 4-unit and styrene-unit of four kinds of SSBR were 17.2%, 15.8%, 25.2% 19.5%; 42.0%, 37.6%, 12.6%, 42.6%; 23.4%, 20.4%, 23.6%, 23. 1% ; 17.4%, 26. 1% , 38.6% , 14.8% respectively. When the thickness of smooth sample was less than 2 mm, the test result had good repeatability. The results meas- ured by ATR-IR method showed no significant differ- ence with those by NMR method, and the accuracy had been verified.
