聚氯乙烯/氯化聚乙烯橡胶/丁腈橡胶发泡材料的性能 被引量:4

摘要 以偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,采用自由发泡法制备了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)发泡材料,考察了CM/NBR(质量比)、填料品种及用量、氯化石蜡用量对发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着NBR并用量的增加,发泡材料的发泡倍率逐渐增大,泡孔逐渐变大且更加均匀,收缩率变化不大,但阻燃性能降低,综合考虑,选取CM/NBR为20/30;Al(OH)3和滑石粉均可改善发泡材料的阻燃性能,随着Al(OH)3和滑石粉用量的增加,发泡材料的发泡倍率和收缩率均变小,泡孔均匀程度变差,阻燃性能提高;随着氯化石蜡用量的增加,发泡材料的发泡倍率先增大后减小,均匀的泡孔结构逐渐出现较多的大孔,收缩率变化不大,阻燃性能提高。 With azodicarbonamide ( AC ) as foa- ming agent, the polyvinyl chloride ( PVC )/chlorina- ted polyethylene rubber( CM )/nitrile rubber (NBR) foams were prepared by free foaming method. The effects of CM/NBR (mass ratio), the type and amount of fillers and amount of chlorinated paraffin on the properties of PVC/CM/NBR foam were inves- tigated. The results showed that with increasing NBR blending ratio, foaming ratio of the foams in- creased gradually, and the cell structure became bigger and more uniform. The shrinking percentage changed little and the flame resistance decreased. Considering these factors, the mass ratio of CM/ NBR blend was 20/30. AI(OH) 3 and talcum powder could improve the flame resistance of PVC/CM/ NBR foams. With increasing A1 (OH)3 and talcum powder amount, the foaming ratio and shrinking per- centage of the foams decreased, the flame resistance increased and the cell structure gradually got non- uniform. With increasing chlorinated paraffin amount, the foaming ratio of the foams increased first and then decreased, and the uniform cell struc- ture appeared gradually more macroscopic. The shrinkage percentage changed little and the flame re- sistance was improved.
