短期应用的生物可降解天然橡胶/细菌纤维素晶须复合材料(英文)

摘要 采用蒸发法制备了天然橡胶(NR)/细菌纤维素晶须(BCWs)复合材料,考察了BCWs对复合材料生物可降解性能的影响,并表征了降解后复合材料的微观结构。结果表明,BCWs可以促进NR/BCWs复合材料的生物降解;随着BCWs用量的增加,复合材料的质量损失逐渐变大,当BCWs用量为20份时,复合材料的质量损失率达16.45%,相比于纯NR提高了550%;BCWs使降解复合材料的脆断面变得粗糙,同时在脆断面上成了空腔和裂纹。 For short-term applications, e. g. , packaging, agriculture or hy- giene devices, materials should be economically accessible, indus- trially accepted and biodegradable, With the environmental concerns, biopolymers such as polylactic acid were used to fabricated biocompos- ites materials with incorporating nano-fillers as the reinforcing agent. The academic and industria researchers developed a lot of novel bio- composites materials, which was a solution for various industrial as well as eco~,ogical problems.
