摘要 以炭黑填充丁腈橡胶(NBR),通过动态热分析仪和高速环块摩擦试验机研究了水润滑条件下NBR复合材料的储能模量与广义摩擦系数的关系,并利用X射线光电子能谱对NBR复合材料磨损表面进行了元素分析,可以拟合出2个比较明显的峰,即酰胺基团(400.5 eV)和腈基(399.6 eV),说明NBR复合材料在磨损过程中发生了水解。 Engineers and scientists continued to come up with new ways to solve the problems of friction and wear between moving and stationary parts of machinesE^3. Water lubricated rubber bearings were used as stern tube bearings in a multitude of vessels from small work boats to battleships, as well as many other types' of service, such as pump, turbine, and so on, for more than ninety yearsE23. Nitrile rubber (NBR) was the most widely used rubber in water lubricated rubber bearings. In this work, the carbon black(CB) was used to modify the viscoelastic and tribological properties of NBR. With increasing CB amount, the restricted motion of the rubber matrix chains becomes stronger. The primary property affected was the loss factor (tan 8), which decreasesd with increasing CB amount. In turn, it might influ~ ence both viscoelastic and tribological properties.
