探讨雅赛尔纤维纯纺纱的生产实践要点。介绍了雅赛尔纤维的性能及物理指标。控制好原料回潮率,通过提高纤维开松度,控制打手速度,提高纤维伸直度,改善生条伸直平行度和分离度等措施降低熟条条干不匀率;优选粗纱捻系数,合理选择细纱工艺参数和纺专器材,同时做好车间管理和清洁,控制好车间温湿度,从而顺利纺制出雅赛尔27.8tex纱,产品质量达到设计要求。认为:掌握好雅赛尔系列纱线的工艺配置有助于色纺纱的开发。

Production key points for pure Gracell fiber spinning were discussed. Properties and physical inde- xes of Gracell fiber were introduced. Moisture regain of raw material was well controlled. The yarn unevenness of drawn silver was reduced by controlling the beater speed,improving fiber straightness,improving extended paral- lelization ＆ separation degree of card silver and so on. Roving twist factor was optimized. Processing parameters and special spinning equipment were reasonably selected. Meanwhile, the management and cleaning of workshop were well done. The temperature and humidity of workshop was well controlled. Then the Gracelt 27.8 tex yarn was successfully spun and the product quality could meet the design requirement. It is considered that well grasp- ing the processing configuration of Gracell serial yarn is beneficial to the development of colored spun yarn.
