摘要 探讨棉/芦荟改性粘胶50/50 14.6tex纱的纺纱工艺。开清棉工序以减少芦荟改性粘胶纤维的损伤为目的,降低打手速度,合理控制梳理隔距;采用"低转速,大隔距,强转移"的工艺原则,重点控制梳棉生条的重量不匀率;采用三道混并,提高熟条混和均匀性;优化细纱罗拉隔距,科学调节纺织配件位置,从而顺利纺制出各项指标优良的芦荟改性粘胶混纺纱。认为:掌握好芦荟改性粘胶混纺纱的工艺要点,有助于再生纤维素纤维产品的研制。 Spinning technology of cotton/aloe modified viscose 50/50 14. 6 tex yarn was discussed. Beater speed was reduced and carding gauge was rational controlled in order to reducing the damage of aloe modified vis- cose fiber in opening and picking process. Process principle of lower speed, bigger gauge and stronger transfer was adopted. Weight unevenness of card sliver was controlled. Three drawing was adopted in order to improve the blend evenness of drawing sliver. Aloe modified viscose blended yarn was successfully spun which had excellent indicators by optimizing spinning roller gauge and scientific adjusting textile parts position. It is considered that grasping the technology points of aloe modified viscose blended yarn is contributed to develop the regenerated cel- lulose fiber product.
